Our little wedding

Hello ladies!!
I have been trying to sit down and create this for a few weeks now, so sorry if it is overload! This was the best way to get all the pictures out in one shot- The first picture is my little tower, for some of the cupcakes, and a frame I got from the floral department. It compliments the cupcake wrappers and my colors so well!

I am looking for a slab of wood, or a re-purposed wooden box, to place under the glass tower in order to add a tier for the cupcakes- there's going to be a hundred! I've looked on Etsy for these and there are some reasonable prices, but I think if I am just patient, I might find an old "apple box" at the store. Our bakery uses something like this too, so they may let me borrow one for the day. I know someone has a dad that is pretty talented at wood work too . . . . "just sayin' ".

This is my "lot" so far. I want to use the frames and glass jars for table centerpieces. I think that pictures of our family from the past years will be fun for guests to look at. Then the jars (the one shown is an HEB spaghetti sauce jar) can be tied with raffia or a little lace or a simple blue ribbon. The only thing new is the Family frame. Everything else came from Goodwill. My favorite little piece is the "tool kit"(upper left-hand corner). I might paint it cream or light green, then put a few flower filled jars inside for a centerpiece. Other things I'm looking for are old lace and doilies(?). I really would like to find some eyelet fabric to cut into table runners. Also i've seen a lot of use with succulents- on the tables and in arrangements.
The plates in the picture are going to be used for the reception! I have gathered about 30 plates, and all from Goodwill. I have found some on Craig's list too, just haven't been able to get out to look. I saw this on one wedding, and I feel like that is a reflection of me- always finding a new purpose for an old thing! This one is my favorite! (sorry bad lighting)

In this picture, I thought the boutonniere looked clean and simple. Bobby is planning on wearing a nice suit and an open neck dress shirt. There are some burlap ones i found on Green Wedding Shoes website, too.

The wine barrels are a view from one of the windows at the Duchman Winery. We can actually go into that room and have pictures taken. :)

Here are a few more flower arrangement ideas- I've always thought a simple wedding of green and white/ivory was classic. When I saw blue hydrangeas, I was floored by the color and sweet little petals everywhere. So that is where the pop of blue comes in- like the cupcake wrappers. I like the below arrangement, but of course there would be a blue tone.

I kinda like this, or a variation of it, I have two glass cylinders like the one below. I am thinking just a single hydrangea with some kind of tie around the vase.

I just found this picture for my boquet- maybe on a smaller scale:

Allrighty, it's that time to go to sleep now- send more later!
